Why Stranger Bylines?
For almost 17 years I had been exposed to the online community, I had made several attempts to create a website, join online communities, when Yahoo Groups was the premier provider for such service. Then came Friendster, Multiply and finally Facebook. When Google celebrated their 10th anniversary, they re-released a search page which shows contents as it was 10 years ago. I searched my name and there come up the site I had created at the Yahoo! free website service. A site which I had abandoned years ago.
That is my problem, start something then tend to leave it until forgotten.
Stranger bylines is my latest attempt to journal who I am, my passions, my thoughts on things happening in my country, as how I see it. And I am a stranger in the land I live and these would be my bylines. I love photography and Annie Leibovitz. I love good food and anything Italian, great music of Rob Thomas and movies that that makes you laugh and make you hold on to your seat. I read books if I have the time. I am a down to earth guy who laughs at Spongebob and adores Van Gogh and Da Vinci.
I am a person who has a problem with endings. When I read, I seldom finish the last few lines. When I write I find it quite difficult to compose a decent epilogue. This is one of them.
